On the mezzanine level, a beautiful covered terrace allows you to enjoy lunch and dinner outdoors while taking in an exceptional ocean view. The entrance leads into the spacious, well-equipped eat-in kitchen. On this level, there is 1 double bedroom in the charming“pajara,” 2 triple bedrooms (each with a double bed and a single bed), and 3 full bathrooms with showers. On the lower level, there are laundry and storage rooms. The “pajara” is a distinctive circular stone structure, very cool and featuring exposed stonework, which reflects traditional rural Salento architecture. Here is where Villa Lodrea is located in Capo di Leuca Villa Lodrea is situated on a gentle slope descending from Morciano di Leuca toward the Ionian Sea. It is situated less than 500 meters from the sea at Torre Vado, a small tourist town offering all the main tourist amenities. The center of Morciano is just 3 km away. About 7 km away is Santa Maria di Leuca, with its sanctuary, lighthouse, beautiful eclectic villas along the seafront, marina, and sea caves. The famous beaches of Marina di Pescoluse are also very close by, just 3 km from the villa. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
