You will be near neighboring farmers tending their lands, and the rich sounds of island life, creating a truly immersive experience. Outside on the veranda is ok. 2) Please turn off any lights, fans or electronics when leaving the home. Jamaica has the 9th highest utility cost in the world! And Portland is beautiful; we don't want to contribute to climate change. 3) The air conditioning unit is equipped to cool our 1,000 sq ft space (12,000 BTUs). We also provide wall fans, ceiling fan and a portable fan to add additional comfort. 4) If you book our non-refundable rate, we cannot offer refunds. The rate is discounted deeply and is a great value already. 5) More than 4 guests attracts a $30 per person per night fee. 6) No pets allowed inside the unit.
