HUGE fenced backyard in the heart of the Twin Cities! Large private playground. Our unique 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located on half an acre with plenty of room to hang out and make memories! The neighborhood is safe and family friendly. Less than a 5 minute drive to major retail and grocery stores! 🪴1.5 miles to MN state Fair grounds 🪴1 mile to Como Park 🪴15 miles to Minneapolis/St Paul Airport 🪴13 miles to Mall of America 🪴6 miles to Downtown Minneapolis. The space 🚪Bedroom 1: 2 Queen Beds (Main Level) 🚪Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed (Upper Level) 🚪Bedroom 3: 2 Full Beds (Lower Level) 🚪Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Beds (Lower Level) 🚪Bedroom 5: 1 Queen Bed (Lower Level) *2 Queen Floor beds provided for larger groups 🛁🚿 3 Full Bathrooms - Main, Lower, and Upper Level each have a full bath. *Main level bathroom is right next to Bedroom 1 but not attached Other things to note Additional Notes/House Rules: 🔥🪵♨️Fire Pit- Firewood is not provided. You can purchase some at local gas stations or hardware stores within a 5 minute drive from the rental. Fire must be put out by 10PM and should never be left unattended 🌞 Charcoal grill on site. Charcoal is not provided. 📸 Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood 🧻We start guests off with a generous amount of essentials, we do not restock after our starter items (toiletries, etc) have run out. We ask for you to only use what you need during your stay at our rental 🌷🌸 We have small air freshener containers in some areas of the house to neutral the house between groups. Guests are welcome to set them to the side during their visit if undesired. Please note if sensitive to scents. House Rules: 🚮♻️ If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be asked to roll bins down for pick up. Pick up day is Thursday morning. 🏡 Quiet hours 10PM-7:30AM 🚫 No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 🚫 🚬No smoking inside the rental, no smoking inside garage. You can smoke outside away from the house and any open windows. There will be a $200 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required Garage is our storage space and not for guests use. ☺ We are very easy going, go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. All we ask is being respectful of our home and neighborhood. We look forward to hosting you!
