A short 20 minute drive separates the finca from the capital, Palma de Mallorca, famous for the picturesque old town, the Cathedral la Seu, the Bellver Castle and trendy neighbourhoods such as Santa Catalina. As far as beaches are concerned, you can choose between the southern beaches such as Cala Mayor, Can Pastilla and S'Arenal or the natural beaches in the southeast, among them Es Trenc and Ses Covetes. Although the house is so close to the sights and the beach, it is situated in a very romantic location in the countryside. The terrace and the porch invite you to barbecue or sunbathe on one of the 2 sunbeds, while the children play in the garden. The upstairs terrace can be accessed via an outside staircase and is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol. On entering, there is a dining room leading to the kitchen, equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher and gas hob, among other things. On the other side is the living room with wood burning cooker, air conditioning and television. Ideal for a family, there is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. Depending on the season, you can pick fruit directly from the tree. On the finca there are several animals, such as dogs. Please note: In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 Eur per night and person in high season and 0.55 Eur per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
