The Little Red Barn House

What could be better than a little red barn house on a hill? Soak up the sun or just lounge on the porch. This ranch style home sits on 5 acres in a beautiful country setting. The farm fields & wooded hillsides are a tranquil setting that anyone could enjoy. Sit back, relax & unwind in this beautiful newly built home. Read a book or enjoying the view on the covered front porch. Not to mention the abundance of wildlife to see! The fire ring in the back yard is perfect for enjoying a little fire! The space This home is my personal home. Guests will have access to my spare bedroom and bathroom along with the open living & kitchen space. I do have dogs that live indoors with me when I am home. I will not be present at any time the home is booked so you will have a private stay. Guest access You will have access to the main living space in the home along with the spare bedroom and full spare bathroom. Other things to note Lawn care service occurs when the property is in need. This is hired out and is possible that mowing could occur when guest is there. Mowing takes approximately an hour. There are two local winery's just a short drive away. The Shade Winery being the closest (10 minutes or less) and The Pleasant Hill Winery just a bit further ( approx 15 min). There is a great little coffee shop called River Roaster approximately 10 minutes away in the heart of Pomeroy. Maple Lawn Brewery & Court Grill are also located in Pomeroy and great places to visit. Many of these often have wonderful live music! I have provided a list of places with addresses and phone numbers for your convenience inside the home.
