Features brand new furniture, mattresses, and appliances. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, reverse osmosis water filtration system, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and much more. Please be respectful to our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 pm-9 am. House rules must be followed, we don’t tolerate any violations and all violations will be fined. Unauthorized people are not allowed on the property. We have a gardener who comes every Friday to maintain the lawn and the outside of the property. He has his key to the back yard so please don’t be alarmed when you see him working there. There is a doorbell camera located by the entrance of the property that continuously monitors the front yard of the house. A noise monitoring device is installed in the backyard.
