Everything is decorated in a minimalist style with a hint of luxury. There is a supermarket about 1km away, convenience stores within walking distance, close to shopping center Plaza las Americas. There is courtesy probiotic drinks and food. This is the urban ashram used for Life Synergy Retreat. The space Cozy place home of life synergy wellness retreats, a healthy peaceful place to come to! Guest access Living room to enjoy some tea and the use the books. Fully equipped health-gourmet kitchen with ninja blender, juicer, healthy cookware, endless organic spices, oils, vinegars, teas. There is always plenty of food, organic eggs, organic yogurt, fresh and frozen fruits, veggies, that I gladly share with guests. During your stay I like picking up my guests at the bus station making sure they don't get lost and ripped off from a taxi. I am able to interact often in-between going to work, but I am available on my phone all day for any questions. I like to cook organic meals at least once for guests who stay a few days, I make some nutritional medicine recipes, such as a medical guacamole, smoothies, kefir, kombucha, omega-balancing oil dressings, etc...
