The space This spacious home is located in a quiet cove and offers a wonderful place to swim, fish, watch sunsets, hangout and relax. The main level features an open living area with lots of natural light. The kitchen features marble counter tops, new appliances, and flooring throughout. Tucked in the corner is a work-from-home setup with dual monitors, a universal docking station complete with keyboard and mouse. Both the upstairs and downstairs have smart TVs and couches for optimal vegging out. The beautiful view can be seen from the bright and airy master bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed. The attached master bath has an extra large shower, with his and hers sinks. The first bedroom downstairs has 2 twin size beds, the 2nd has one full size bed, and the large laundry room includes an extra twin size bed. There is a small but full bathroom for the downstairs guests to use and a half bath in between floors for easy access by both floors. Facing the waterfront facing is a nice size porch with a gas grill for quick and delicious meals anytime! *Don't forget to click the tongs twice ;) Evenings are best enjoyed watching the sunset on the dock or strolling the tree lined streets of the neighborhood. There is a back gate but you will not be able to enter it. To drive around to the front from the back gate takes 30 min, so it is best to avoid this. All spaces are accessible to guests. Other things to note The speed limit is 25 mph on the main road and 15 mph on the side roads. Because there are so often people walking around the neighborhood, they're pretty strict on this and will ticket you, so watch out! Centrally located.
