In our apartment you will find everything you need for a cozy stay in a feel-good atmosphere. It was completed in 2021 and offers an open-plan living area with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom. The 34 m², bright apartment is south-facing. All windows face the green inner courtyard and provide plenty of light. Elke and Stephan live on the property and run the Stephan Schäfer carpentry shop. The space The windows facing the courtyard have folding shutters, and the skylights have roller shutters. This allows the accommodation to be completely darkened, shaded in summer, and it has a pleasant indoor climate thanks to very good insulation. The inner courtyard, characterized by trees and green facades, always offers a shady spot and, on very hot days, a pleasant place to retreat.
