Bundara - Idyllic Getaway in the Mountains

Relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of this lovely apartment, situated on nearly 2 acres of garden and avocado orchard, but only a short walk to cafes, restaurants, Irish pub, IGA supermarket and national parks. A short drive to Gallery Walk, tourist attractions and wedding venues. Airport or train station pick up available. The space The large self-contained apartment is a wing of our family home and can be booked for up to six people (prices vary according to the number of people staying). It consists of two large queen bedrooms and one double room (beds fitted with electric blankets), spacious living/dining room, small kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. On a single level with no stairs, all rooms have sliding door access to the verandas overlooking the garden. Reverse cycle air conditioning means the apartment is cool in summer and warm in winter. Guest access Sole use of the space, which has its own secure entrance, and access to an acre of well-maintained gardens and avocado orchard. Amenities provided are TV with Netflix, kitchenette with sink and preparation areas, fridge, kettle, toaster, electric frypan, rice cooker, convection microwave, hotplate, crockery, cutlery, teas and coffee (plunger), iron, hair dryer. Quality Australian botanical toiletries are supplied and the beds made up with 1000 thread count sheets. There are fans in every room. Other things to note There is no town water on Tamborine Mountain so we collect rain water which is double filtered as it comes into the house. Beautifully soft, it's great for drinking and showering. There is also local spring water available for drinking.
