The space You have 3 bedrooms, 4 beds in total (2 upstairs and 2 on the ground floor). There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with 2 beds 140 x 200, one overlooking Rue Arago, the other has a skylight. Downstairs, bedroom 3 which also serves as an isolated TV lounge (privacy) or office with 1 sofa bed 80 x 200 or 160 x 200 unfolded. The living room dining room provides another relaxation area with 1 sofa bed 90 x 200. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower. Separate toilet. The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction cooktop, a microwave oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, two coffee machines, a food processor. Guest access The whole apartment Other things to note Courtesy cleaning upon checkout: The cleaning fee included in the rental is reduced, and the time between check-ins and check-outs is often reduced to 3 hours. To relieve the person in charge of the cleaning who must wash, dry and store the laundry, undo and redo the beds, clean the floors, clean the bathroom and the kitchen, we kindly ask that you do a little courtesy cleaning, either go out and empty the garbage cans, wash and store the dishes and finally if you have moved furniture, lights or accessories, put them back in their place. The velux: important precautions: You must always close the Velux of the bedroom upstairs when you leave the apartment even for a few hours (thunderstorms or frequent showers) and it is strongly advised to close the external roller shutter of the Velux during the summer (remote control) during the day to avoid overheating. Parking: To park, 1 small paid parking lot to the left of the media library (or in front of the post office) and especially 1 large free parking lot within a 5-minute walk (Place de la Révolution, flea market square, attention closed on Sundays). Paid parking: the rates in Sète are 1.20 euros per hour in the green zone, Saturday included, but there are subscription offers for non-resident users in the event of a fairly long stay (see the town hall).
