The space Welcome to our warm and spacious 140 m² cottage, nestled in the heart of the Trois Pignons forest in Noisy-sur-École. Ideal for an exotic stay, it combines comfort and exceptional natural setting. An interior designed for your comfort, Main Floor: - A south-facing veranda (not heated, not recommended in winter) with unobstructed views of the garden. - A large L-shaped stay with a fireplace, perfect for gatherings for families or groups of friends. - A fully equipped American kitchen, including all the essentials to prepare your meals. Two bedrooms: - One with a 140x190 bed, - One with 90x200 bunkbeds. - A bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs: - A wide landing and a mezzanine equipped with a 130x200 sofa bed (sleeping for one person). Two extra bedrooms: - One with a 160x200 bed, - One with three beds: two 90x200 beds and one 90x190 bed. - A bathroom with bathtub and toilet. - An outdoor area set up for relaxation Enjoy a private garden equipped with: - Two terraces for your alfresco dining, - A forest table, garden chairs and sunbeds, - A stone barbecue for your summer evenings. To make your stay even more enjoyable, everything is planned: Bed linen (beds prepared upon your arrival), bath towels, dish towels, bathroom mats, Electricity, heating, water, internet, and end of stay cleaning included in the rate, Raclette and fondue machine available for your convivial evenings. Baby amenities: high chair, crib, baby bath, booster, blender, suitable dishes. For nature and climbing lovers: Crash pads are available on request for your climbing trips. From October, a welcome kit with a few logs is offered for your evenings by the fire. Guest access Enjoy an extensive garden of 1200m2, ideal for relaxing in the heart of nature. With two gates, access is simplified to park your cars or vans with all amenities. Other things to note The presence of stairs in the house makes it difficult to have a wheelchair disabled person. Parties are not allowed, noise must be greatly reduced from 10pm.
