The space Welcome to our warm and spacious 140 m² gîte, nestled in the heart of the Trois Pignons forest in Noisy-sur-École. Great for a relaxing stay, it combines comfort and exceptional natural surroundings. An interior designed for your comfort, Ground floor: - A south-facing veranda (unheated, not recommended in winter) offering unobstructed views of the garden. - A large L-shaped living room with a fireplace, perfect for gathering with family or friends. - A fully equipped American kitchen, including everything you need to prepare your meals. Two bedrooms: - One with a 140 x 190 bed, - One with 90 x 200 bunk beds. - A bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: - A large landing and a mezzanine equipped with a 130 x 200 cm sofa bed (sleeping for one person). Two additional bedrooms: - One with a 160 x 200 cm bed, - One with three beds: two 90 x 200 cm beds and one 90 x 190 cm bed. - A bathroom with bathtub and toilet. - An exterior designed for relaxation Enjoy a private garden equipped with: - Two terraces for alfresco dining, - A forest table, garden chairs and deckchairs, - A stone barbecue for your summer evenings. To make your stay even more enjoyable, everything is planned: Bed linen (beds prepared upon arrival), bath towels, dish towels, bathroom mats, Electricity, heating, water, internet, and end-of-stay cleaning included in the rate, Raclette and fondue set available for your friendly evenings. Baby equipment: high chair, folding crib, baby bath, booster seat, mixer, adapted dishes. For nature and climbing lovers: Crash pads are available upon request for your climbing trips. From October, a welcome kit with a few logs is offered for your evenings by the fire. Guest access Enjoy a large garden of 1,200 m², ideal for relaxing in the heart of nature. With two gates, access is simplified to park your cars or vans conveniently. Other things to note The presence of stairs in the house makes the presence of a disabled person in a wheelchair complicated. Parties are not allowed, noise must be greatly reduced from 10pm. The calm of this property is highly protected. The house is strictly non-smoking, cigarette butts should not be thrown on the ground.
