This large three story home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with plenty of space for everyone to have their privacy. 2 King Beds are located on the second floor and there is 1 King and one Queen bed on the third floor. There is a full bathroom on each level. The newly renovated kitchen comes equipped with a gas stove, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and additional wet bar with mini fridge and ice maker. There is a nursery off of the master bedroom on the second floor. There is a changing pad and crib for your use. The nursery has doors so it is very private and quiet. Our property is zoned for short term rentals. You will find many properties on AirBNB that are not legal. Illegal AirBNB rentals have the potential to get cancelled at any time so please be careful when booking! We guarantee your stay in our home. Guests will have access to the entire home and the spacious private backyard. There is parking behind a private gate for one small car. You can park up to two cars outside of the gate with passes provided by host. The homeowners live in the area and will be available during your stay. You will be greeted by a homeowner (if you choose) and given prompt attention to any requests during the your stay. **You are also welcome to do a "self-check-in". The code will be provide in your messages the week of your stay. Cannonborough/Elliotborough is a very walkable neighborhood full of historic homes. An array of fine and casual dining, nightlife spots, and shops pervade the area. Walk to many unique cafes for brunch, then go on a historic walking tour. Please note- there is some construction in the neighborhood. St. Philip Street is located one block off of Upper King Street. The home is within walking distance to countless restaurants, bars, and other attractions. A water taxi is available from the SC Aquarium dock if you would like to venture over to Patriots Point or tour Fort Sumter. The location has very easy access to I 26 leading to the airport in under 20 minutes. We are located just 15 minutes from Sullivan's Island and 15-20 minutes from Folly Beach depending on traffic. For transportation we recommend Uber, or calling a rickshaw (pedicab) for downtown outings. We have owned this property for 24 years. Our family takes pride in our home and the Elliotborough/Cannonborough neighborhood. We have provided a welcome package highlighting fabulous restaurants, tours, and other exciting attractions- all within walking distance from the house!! **We are an "instant book" property on AirBNB--HOWEVER, we do not allow any large parties in our home. If you are having a small gathering, please just let us know the details and I'm sure it will not be a problem. We allow bachelorette parties with approval from Host. Absolutely no confetti/streamers/glitter allowed in the house.
