The villa is set on a gentle hill just a couple of kilometers from an enchanting village called Scansano, well known for its Morellino di Scansano, one of Toscana's most prestigious wines. The house's stunning view stretches from Capalbio to Monte Argentario and Orbetello Laguna. Inside, the traditional beamed ceilings and terracotta floors are highlighted by lovely paintings. A paved terrace with tables, chairs and comfortable loungers surrounds the house. The terrace is immersed in an amazing Mediterranean garden with a unique swimming pool. The property (27 acres) lies within a working farm estate producing first quality olive oil.
