Fantastic living in the garden studio

The studio is a detached building in the front part of a charming, quiet garden property surrounded by flower meadows and orchards. Due to the south-facing location and the special room height, the rooms are very bright and spacious. The studio has a large terrace which is accessible at ground level from the living area. You also have direct access to the charming garden. Please inquire about pets separately! The space The garden studio is a detached building nestled in a beautiful lush garden. It is located in the original district of St. Georgen, away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet side alley about 15 minutes' walk from Lake Ammersee, the steamboat jetty, the boat rental and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion The studio consists of two very bright rooms with large windows that give a direct view of the garden. The spacious living room is open plan and offers space in the back for the sofa/pull-out bed and a TV and reading corner. In the front area is the fully equipped kitchenette with kettle, toaster, coffee maker/espresso maker and dishwasher and a dining area for 4 people, as well as the separate small bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. In the cozy bedroom there is a romantic double bed and a large closet. A sunny terrace with pergola and various seating options belong exclusively to the apartment. The well-kept garden can be entered directly from the living room. An ironing board with iron and a clothes rack are also part of the equipment. When designing the rooms, I tried to create a clear, tasteful line, which has been very well received by my previous guests. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea that is still evolving and changing, because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Of course, dogs and other pets are also welcome, who will feel very comfortable in the large garden. Wonderfully suitable also for wedding couples with appropriate wedding equipment (no extra charges). Guest access Guests can use the apartment including terrace alone. You also have direct access to the garden. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are of course included and will be changed on request.
