Guest access Guests will enjoy full and exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool area and all resort amenities. Check-in is simple and seamless, with a secure and personalized door code provided prior to arrival for your convenience and peace of mind. Other things to note STARTER SUPPLIES The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: Each bathroom includes: * 1 small bar soap * 1 toilet paper roll * 1 trash bag Kitchen includes: * 1 dish detergent * 1 dishwasher capsule * 1 sponge * 1 paper towel roll * 1 trash bag No additional supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to purchase any extra items you may need for the duration of your stay. Please note: Washcloths are not provided. HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. Prior to check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be provided. Mid-stay cleaning services may be requested for an additional fee. FOOD POLICY In accordance with Florida law, we are not permitted to leave open food items in the refrigerator or kitchen cabinets. Therefore, all food items are removed after each guest checks out. No condiments, coffee, or other food supplies will be provided prior to check-in. TRASH DISPOSAL Please observe the designated trash collection days and dispose of trash daily in the resort dumpster to help maintain a clean and pleasant environment. POOL HEATING / SPA Pool heating can be added to your reservation as an additional service for an extra fee. * A minimum of 7 consecutive days is required. * For reservations shorter than 7 days, heating must be purchased for the entire stay. * Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Please note that the spa is connected to the pool and does not operate independently. Pool Heating – Important Information * The heater is set to a maximum temperature of 95°F, which is the standard limit and cannot be increased. * The system does not heat the water instantly; it may take time to reach the set temperature. * The pool and spa share the same heating system and will reach approximately the same temperature. * This is not a commercial hotel-grade heating system. It is designed to warm the water, not make it hot. * On cold, cloudy, or rainy days, heating may take longer. * Under these conditions, the surface water may feel cooler due to weather exposure. PET FEE A non-refundable pet fee of $180 applies. PARKING Please provide the full names of all drivers in advance so they can be registered in the resort’s system. Make sure to park only in designated areas, as improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
