You are in the immediate vicinity of the Old Market with the historic town hall in a quiet side street. The historically preserved and renovated wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor. There are 2 apartments here. Immediately to the left is the approx. 70 m² apartment with old building character and modern flair. Through the historically preserved entrance door you enter a bright, friendly apartment. A cozy living/dining area with a modern kitchenette with all the appliances for preparing a delicious meal awaits you. Ceramic hob and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The dining area sleeps 4 people. There is also an LED flat-screen TV with satellite reception. The cozy seating area invites you to eat and linger. Right in the adjacent room is one of the two bedrooms. In the light-flooded room, you can relax in the cozy 1.80 m*2.00 m double bed with comfortable mattresses made in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Here you can either read a little in the cozy armchair or enjoy the sun on the balcony.
