Our house is located on a quiet street walking distance to the Square, Campus, Rowan Oak and the Grove. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, back patio and a screened-in back porch which can extend the living space in the family room by opening the french doors, rain or shine. Bed/Bath layouts: The two upstairs bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom. One room upstairs has a queen, the other has a double and twin. The two downstairs bedrooms each have an en-suite, one with a king bed (Master) and the other a queen. The downstairs master also has a steam room. The kitchen is fully appointed, including an ice machine. The family room has a fireplace and 60” smart TV. There are two more smart TVs as well, one in the living room and another on the back porch.
