Completely renovated and equipped with all comforts to guarantee the warmest welcome to guests. The open space kitchen has an induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, as well as a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, bread toaster, electric citrus squeezer. Italian Evo Oil, salt and sugar are at your disposal. In the living-room there is a comfortable sofa bed, a coffee table and a 43-inch Smart TV with Netflix and Prime video included, to be able to follow your favorite programs while travelling. The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe with a full-length mirror, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables with lamps with USB socket and a comfortable padded armchair. The bathroom is modern and consists of a spacious walk-in style shower, suspended sanitary ware and washing machine. Body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and products for the washing machine are there for you, as well as the hair dryer with a diffuser (dedicated to those with curly hair). In winter, underfloor heating allows you to walk barefoot in the house enjoying the warmth on the ground. In summer, the air conditioning in the living and sleeping areas offers refreshment on the hottest days. The choice of furnishings was personally made by me, with the intention of offering anyone who enters that feeling of welcome and warmth that I myself look for when I travel.
