Our cozy bungalow is just 750 m from Lake Wörthersee and a 7-minute walk from Pörtschach’s center. It features a terrace with garden, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, living room, bathroom with bathtub and shower, hairdryer, and washing machine. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the town below – all just a few minutes’ walk from the lake and town center. Location & Access The house is easily accessible by car. A few steps lead from the private parking area to the front door. Please note: due to the home's location, the nearby motorway may occasionally be audible, depending on the weather and if windows are open. Guest access Our holiday home features two terraces: a spacious terrace in front of the living room, furnished with comfortable garden furniture, an awning, and a parasol – perfect for relaxing outdoors. There is also a smaller, cozy terrace in front of the bedroom. The lovingly maintained garden includes apple and pear trees, and guests are warmly invited to pick fresh apples and pears when in season. Other things to note The holiday home is accessible via 5 steps to the entrance and 2 steps to the terrace, so some stair climbing is required. Check-in is self-service via a convenient key box. Although we are rarely on-site, we are always reachable by email or phone. Additionally, there is usually someone nearby who can assist you if needed.
