Located in the heart of Périgord Noir, Moulin aux Ans welcomes you to its 5 cottages in all seasons. Nestled in a green setting where the magic of water reigns everywhere, it will seduce you with its beauty, tranquility and authenticity. Along the millstream, this former hamlet school welcomes you in its spacious living room with 2 stone fireplaces (non-functional), exposed beams and old parquet flooring, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/toilets and 2 terraces. The space This 18th century building in the typical Perigord style welcomes you in a very spacious and charming living room with its old parquet, exposed stones, beams and two beautiful (non-functional) stone fireplaces. It is equipped with a pellet stove. The kitchen is fully equipped (5 burner gas oven and piano, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker (filter), toaster, electric kettle). It has plenty of storage, large worktops and enough dishes to accommodate a group. You will also find on the ground floor a shower room with WC. Upstairs, you will enjoy a bathroom with toilet and 3 bedrooms, all with curtains or blackout blinds: 1 bed in 140, 2 bunk beds in 90, 1 bed in 160 as well as a bed in 90. Duvets and pillows provided. You will enjoy a large private terrace in the shade of a century-old plane tree and embellished with a garden furniture and barbecue as well as a sunny terrace in the morning (protected by a blind) on the edge of the bay. You can also enjoy the vast garden (about 4 hectares), the large communal and secure swimming pool (open in season, May current depending on the weather at the end of September) but also the many activities that we offer to our 5 cottages and which will be happy for young and old, throughout your stay: small gym, and jacuzzi (only from 16 years old, by reservation, closed in July /August), pétanque, ping pong, badminton, trampoline, fishing (in a pond or in bief), chicken coop... All these amenities are shared with the other cottages. Tourist tax of €1.10 per adult per night from 01/01/2026 Baby kit (crib, highchair, safety gate) free upon availability.
