The Heights & Sights # 1 house offers relaxation with quiet streets on a cul de sac. 3 bedrooms with one full bathroom and the shower head is filtered. After getting settled a walk at the park on the walking path. Then dinner downtown Pendleton main Street. The evening on the patio gives you a great sunset with the Blue Mountains and maybe a visit by our local deer and many kinds of birds. Need more space or other family close get the other side of the duplex #2 for your family gathering The space This single level home allows for easy access and entry to your quiet and comfortable stay. The 3 bedrooms are just down the hall to get unpacked. The cold water is in the fridge and fruit and snacks await as you sit to unwind from the drive. Depending on the weather the mini split will be heating or cooling down the place so you can sit or recline as you get the TV or your music playing. The free WiFi allows you to connect with the family so they know you have arrived and you are ready to begin to explore Pendleton or go meet friends and family. Guest access There is a tennis court just up the hill to use. The City park down below has a walking path and the shaded areas can be rented for parties and barbecuing family events. Just contact Pendleton Park and REC. Other things to note The location is a duplex with connecting garages. The patios connect. We do ask that respect be given to all guests.
