House consisting of a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with dining area and well-equipped kitchen with sofa bed, a second bathroom plus washing machine. Outside it has a beautiful covered terrace of about 20 square meters with a table. The location is charming and quiet, surrounded by greenery, 20 meters from the private covered parking lot. The house is 5 km from the sea. The pool is shared with 8 units with an outdoor shower and a large solarium. Other things to note We remind our guests that sheets and towels, baby cots are, if necessary, available for a fee at the price of: sheets €10 per person bookable before arrival. towels €10 per person bookable before arrival. Beach towel €10 per person. Extra bed supplement on request €20 per day. Cot on request €25 per stay. Small pets allowed with a cleaning fee of 40 euros. Security deposits: 200 EUROS: If a security deposit is applied to your reservation as required by Airbnb, 2 days before the start of your reservation we will issue a security deposit authorization hold on your payment method. You won't be charged anything, but you won't be able to access these funds until the hold is released. If we are unable to make an authorization hold on your payment method, your reservation will be canceled, so it is important to make sure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. If no issues occur during your stay, we will release the hold on your card after check-out. This will be 14 days after check-out or when the next guest checks in, whichever comes first. Late check-in is subject to a surcharge of €20 (from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), €50 (from 10:00 p.m. to midnight), arrivals after 8:00 p.m. must be communicated at least one day before arrival.
