Just complete a brief pre-arrival form to receive your personal access code. ~Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged in advance—please contact our Guest Services team at least two weeks before your arrival. ~Parking is provided in the Lowell Building’s underground garage (clearance is 6 feet 10 inches); a parking permit will be waiting on the kitchen counter. Oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated, and alternate parking is not available. For the comfort of all guests, smoking and pets are not permitted. ~ The community pool, hot tub and fitness facility are all located off-site, within walking distance from your vacation rental.
