Two blocks away from the metro station. 24/7 security building. . The space One bedroom apartment, open kitchen, beautiful living room and big bathroom. Wifi and Netflix on the TV. What else do you need? Oh yes! a great location. Next to the biggest park in the city, walk distance from the main avenue of our Metropoli and located in the most trendy neighborhood, where you can find great restaurants, bars, concerts , museums, etc… Plus we are next to a big avenue, that means click on your uber button and BAM! They will be there in 4 -5 min. You also have the closest Metro station 1 & 1/2 block away. Guest access 24/7 Security in the building. Keys will be delivered by the doorman. Luggage drop off is available if needed. Other things to note Please take note that we are next to a big avenue. If you are a light sleeper you should consider it and perhaps not Book. We have double window seals for some people this is enough and you can only find a zoom at night. Others find it difficult and loud. It all depends on what you are used to. We can provide earplugs in case you need them. Also. We belong to a series of Ecological buildings where we are obligued to have ecological water heaters to reduce water waste in a city with water shortage. The boiler as we call it here, has a capacity of 50lts. It is heated and when the load is finished the tank automatically gets filled and heated agian, but this process takes around 30 min. Showers must be quick 8-10 min aprox. and showers between one person and the other must wait the 30 min . Please remember this a decision we made as a building to help reduce the water waste in our city Strict No Pets rules in the building. Do not insist. Not even service dogs.
