NOISE ALERT: As of May 31, 2024, a new restaurant and bar will open directly below this suite on the ground level of this building. In the evenings, music will play. If you are a light sleeper, this will not be the best suite for you. We also have other suites in this building set away from the street and/or a quieter option. Includes a workstation that allows you to work using a high-speed WiFi Internet Connection for your Zoom Meetings (Parking is included for 1 vehicle) The space BEDROOM AREA: Open layout throughout - Furnished with a very comfortable queen-sized bed. Bedding is cleaned for every guest. The queen-sized bed accommodates two people. In addition, there are also (2) full-size beds BATHROOM: Fresh, clean towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash are also provided. A hair dryer is also available. Accessed via bedroom. KITCHEN: Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen to cook and store food in the fridge. Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, pans, and other miscellaneous cooking tools. Coffee machine with complimentary coffee (regular, flavored, decaf) sugar, provided for guests. LIVING ROOM AREA: Living room has a Smart TV Plenty of seating in the living room with a large, comfy couch and a large chair. A nice Dining Table also doubles as an excellent workstation and has seating for 6 people. In addition, there is a full-sized bed Guest access 1). OVERNIGHT PARKING is included with your stay for (1) vehicle. The parking space is located just over 1 block away inside of the Horton Plaza Parking Structure 2). GETTING HERE / IMPORTANT ARRIVAL INFO: The Gaslamp District closes 5th Avenue DAILY from 12:00PM to 1:00 AM to create a vibrant walking pedestrian area. To meet our parking attendant or ride share drop off, use 801 F Street (corner of 5th Ave and F St.). From there the building is just a short walk. Vehicles cannot access the main hotel entrance except for mornings. The entire loft unit is available for you and your guests during your reservation stay. You will have access to the internet with WI-FI, kitchen and SmartTV with ROKU offering Netflix, ESPN, Disney+, YouTube, TV channels via the Tubi, CNN, Fox Sports, Univision, TNT & the Pluto Apps You are staying in Downtown San Diego in an Urban Area and there is always the potential for noise from the vibe energy. Other things to note OUR PET POLICY You are welcome to bring your pet dog or cat. We do charge a simple $50/pet extra cleaning fee. This cleaning fee is charged to give additional attention to the unit upon departure. This avoids any potential allergic reaction from the next guest(s). Your pet(s) are able to be walked around the block as needed. The fee can be paid upon Check-In.
