The space The accommodation is south and south-west facing and is composed as follows - A living room of 25 m² with TV, a sofa bed (double) and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200). - A shower room with shower and WC. Outside : - A private garden of about 800 m² facing South, South-West, very sunny with furniture (rustic wooden table, benches for 6 people, parasol, gas barbecue, grill and plancha, garden furniture, outdoor games) to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
