Vasantina Stone House

This more than 120 years old stone house was renovated with care in 2021/22. Goal was to provide maximum comfort and relaxation trough carefully designed indoor - outdoor space. During the warm part of the year our ancestors found the outdoor space as a living room with most of the everyday life happening in the yard so we took that as our main guideline on how to create a quality stay for our guests. The space The indoor of the house consists of two parts, the ground floor with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room and first floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is little but equipped boutique style for true enjoyment. Yard is designed as an open-air extension of the living room with a big kostela tree that provides shade and summer breeze during the hot day. Swimming pool with an outdoor shower is 10 m long for refreshment, fun and a good swimming experience. There's a grill with a sink, a big outdoor table and two banks, a large lounge area that overlooks the yard and nice sunbathing area. As addition there is a garden toilet to quickly get dry or change clothes after swimming along with a washing machine. Just in front of the house is a private parking for guests. The house is fully equipped and comes with net against mosquitoes on all doors and windows, air condition and WiFi connection. Guest access Guests use the whole property exclusively during their stay. Other things to note NO TISNO FESTIVAL GUESTS PLEASE! Unfortunately due to negative experiences we don't except festival guests from Tisno, island Murter, so please respect the owners request and don't book the property if you're planing to visit the area because of the summer festivals that are going on the whole summer in Tisno, Murter Island. 22pm - 07am quiet hours.
