The space We love Park City and appreciate the amenities and resort access Bear Hollow has to offer. We have been owners for 18+ years and lived in the village for 10+ of those years. We still live close by so yes, we may be a bit bias! This is the neighborhood we chose to call home. We love the location being so close to the ski resort, yet a short distance to Main Street. We like having the privacy of 3 levels, vaulted ceilings and the wide open space on the main level. It allows families and friends to gather and enjoy time by one of two fireplaces. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. There is a large dining room table and enough seating in the kitchen for all guests. The deck is off the kitchen, complete with a gas grill and hot tub. The master bedroom is spacious and private. It has a walk in closet, beautiful master bath with with an oversized tub. There are two other bedrooms upstairs, both are located next to a full bath. The lower level bedroom is cozy and offers a queen bed, fireplace and ensuite bathroom. The large garage is an awesome addition! It will keep snow off your vehicle while also providing extra space for all your gear. It is equipped with heated boot dryers, ski racks and a bench all for convenience. Other things to note We live in a beautiful winter resort community. We love Mother Nature and enjoy her gifts of new snow! Please keep the automatic garage door down and shut at all times if not in immediate use. This keep the house warm and be more efficient but it will also prevent the pipes on the inside wall of the home from freezing. We also ask that you keep the garage code keypad cover down to protect the buttons from snow and ice Thank you!
