This newly renovated house is clean, quiet, nice, and comfortable. All of the furniture is new. Beds are medium/firm. My parents stay here one week per month and believe me, nobody is more picky than they are, so we know you’ll love the place! It has a large kitchen that is fully equipped. We have WiFi and tons of streaming services. It’s located on a dead-end street and it’s perfectly located in between the downtown area and the interstate. It’s the perfect spot to comfortably enjoy Paducah! The space This cozy getaway spot is great for a couples weekend mini vacation, or for the weary traveler headed to the quilt show. Located in-between Paducah's historic Lowertown arts district and the mall area, this 2 br/1 bath house features a back porch, free WiFi, YouTube TV, many entertainment apps on the TV, a fully equipped kitchen with private laundry and an amazing location. We've taken care of all the details and you only need to bring your personal items. Relax on the new comfy furniture or take a 5 minute drive to the heart of the art district to reach all of the exciting festivals and nightlife that Paducah has to offer. Other things to note *We have a smaller water heater, so it would be a good idea to plan out your showers in a way that will allow it to heat up to give everyone as much hot water as they need. *Put any trash bags in the container by the back porch.
