Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire apartment, which is a private and non-shared space, and a covered parking space is available in the building. The host is not liable for damages, theft or other incidents that may occur while using the parking lot. For your safety and in accordance with building regulations, access to the property is restricted to registered guests only. No external service providers (masseurs, chefs, beauty technicians, photographers, etc.) are allowed on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please contact us if you want more information. Other things to note To ensure a smooth and organized stay, please take note of the following information: - Check-in: From 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. An additional charge of €25 will apply for check-ins after 9:00 pm. - Check-out: Must be completed by 11:00 am. - Keys: One or two sets of keys (and possibly the garage access control) will be provided at check-in and must be returned at check-out. Loss or damage to the set of keys may involve additional costs. - Basic Items: Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo) and toilet paper are provided as a welcome courtesy for the start of your stay and are not replenished. All other items must be purchased by the guest. - Bed and Bath Linen: Provided according to the number of guests in the booking. For stays longer than a week, additional sets will be provided. For stays longer than fifteen days, cleaning and bed linen changes will be provided every two weeks, to be arranged directly with the guest. - Crib and high chair are available on request (additional cost of €25). - On Smart TV, only the streaming services APP (Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV, HBO, etc.) are available and not the respective accounts.
