Bright, functional and very well decorated, two bedrooms facing east and quiet, Smart TV, Hi speed WiFi, living room, fully equipped kitchen and parking space, offers the best conditions to be a haven during your visit to this city for a memorable stay The space • Building Modern, with 2 elevators, which allow access from the garage to the apartment, is on the third floor and is furnished in a modern and contemporary style. • Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and the other with a balcony, two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and a small desk. • Bathrooms The apartment has two full bathrooms. • Living Room The room features a flat-screen TV, a table, a sofa that invites relaxation, and offers abundant sunlight. • Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, stove and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included). • Parking Garage space in the basement, easy to park the car and remote control opening. All the basic items for your stay are provided, including toiletries (shower gel, shampoo), toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a welcome courtesy. No replacements or substitutions are provided. All other items must be purchased by the guest. - Bed and bath linens are provided according to the number of guests defined in the reservation. For stays longer than a week, additional sets will be provided. - For stays longer than fifteen days, cleaning and linen changes will be provided (usually mid-stay) and are arranged directly with the guest. Additional cleaning will be charged the cleaning fee. - A crib and high chair are available upon request (additional cost of €25). - Check-in time starts from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 9 p.m.) and check-out must be completed by 11 a.m. - On the day of your arrival, we or a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To arrange your arrival, please let us know your estimated time of arrival as soon as possible. If you arrive by plane and provide us with the flight number, we can track your arrival. - A set of keys will be provided at check-in and must be returned at check-out. Loss or damage to the set of keys may involve additional costs. - The apartment has air-conditioning and free parking on site (We are not responsible for any damages, thefts or other incidents that may occur during the use of the parking space). - On Smart TV, only Streaming service APP's (Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV, HBO, etc.) are available and not their respective accounts.
