Parking in the driveway is reserved for homeowners. You have reserved parking in the gravel area in front of the house. Please do not access the backyard at all. We have two large dogs and entrance is prohibited. Other things to note This property has a septic system, and it is very fragile. Standard water use is completely fine, but please do not flush anything down the toilet besides toilet paper. The Boho Bungalow is located on the second story, so climbing a set of stairs is required to enter. The living room/kitchen are open to the stairwell. Pack n' play is provided. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video in the front of the property. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever. While we are animal lovers ourselves, no pets please. This listing is not to be booked for parties, large social gatherings, or media productions. Any guests not listed on the reservation need to be brought to the attention of the host at the time of booking.
