Excellent and comfortable accommodation in brand new Suites with incredible spaces and colors and modern decor. Functional Suite that has it all!! Your suite is fully equipped. Each suite has a double bed and fresh bed linen, a fully equipped kitchenette, a microwave oven, a Servibar refrigerator, a large closet and work area, and a large and modern bathroom. The space The accommodation is in a brand new building designed to house 10 comfortable suites for students, professionals and young couples at heart. The property has 800 m2 built and intended for the comfort of our guests. All common areas are designed to be enjoyed, from our reception lobby where you can receive your visitors or pick up your delivery services, to our Business & Studio area where you can work as a team with your work or school colleagues.  With all the comforts and no need to use your Suite; this space has a bathroom, air conditioning and a printer in case you need to continue working late and don't have time to go to print. But if the theme is to have fun, please use our beautiful terrace with barbecue, sink and bar to prepare your food, tables and chairs to enjoy a weekend of Carne Asada!!! This area has a bar, sink, grill and separate bathroom for the comfort of your visitors. Need charcoal? Just ask!!!! In addition, our Suites have the advantage of proximity to everything!!! You can walk and cycle around the neighborhood.  Parking has 7 spaces and is subject to availability and occupancy. The entrance is by remote control and we only ask you to use a single indicated space. Look for the parking sketches in the reception hallway or in the garage. Other things to note Your access is independent and private, there are assistance, surveillance and maintenance staff most of the time. Housekeeping staff are available until 4:00 pm. You will receive an immediate response from me if you need help. Emergency phones are available inside your Suite. You also have Restaurants, Cafes, Supermarkets, Banks, Convenience Stores and Pharmacies within a 5-10 minute walk.
