Dining room is open to the kitchen with sliding glass door that accesses the covered patio overlooking your expansive POOL and backyard. Spacious Primary suite has a walk-in closet. Other things to note Answers to the most frequently asked questions: 1. Parking is free. There are space for two cars in front of the garage. It is not desirable to park on the street so as not to disturb the neighbors. 2. So sorry, no animals are allowed. 3. Nearest grocery store Publix 6 min away. 4. Yes, for an additional fee, we can provide you with our car for rent. We have a great seven-seater minivan Chrysler with leather seats and a DVD player for kids. 5. Nearest beach Indian shores 3.6 mile away. 6-7 minutes drive. 6. For an additional fee, we can provide pool heating. Since the heater consumes a lot of electricity. Pool heating costs $30 to $40 per day, depending on the season. Winter months: $40 per day. From March to the end of October: $30 per day. Please inform us in advance if you wish to include this option so that we can activate the heater in advance, allowing the pool start to warm up before your arrival. In order for the pool to be warm (82-83F), we must heat it up on the eve of your arrival, the heater needs at least 20-24 hours for the water to become warm. It’s optional, based on your preferences. We recommend using the heater from November to May. Pool is serviced once a week - Monday morning. 7. Yes, home has a washer and dryer for guests to use. 8.
