Nilam's homestay - 2 Bedroom Flat in South Kolkat

Hi, I am Nilam. Welcome to Kolkata and to our West Bengal govt tourism dept approved homestay!!! The space It is a 2 BHK well-ventilated Flat on 1st floor with attached balcony and split aircondition in both the rooms. Both the rooms have double bed with comfortable mattress. There is one attached bathroom and one common bathroom. There is Dining space along with dining table. Kitchen is equipped with Refrigerator, Induction stove, cooking utensils, cutleries, electric kettle, toaster etc. We have covered parking space available on our property for 1 car. Guest can access terrace space... For AC usage guest needs to pay per day @ Rs. 150/- per AC separately if taken, otherwise the price shown... Please note only 1 room will be allowed to use if booked for 2 guest. if guest want to use both the room the booking needs to be done with full occupancy (minimum 3 guest if both room required)... The place is located in South Kolkata between Tollygunge and Sakher bazar and the stop is known as Sitala Tala {Sitala Mandir}. It's a very peaceful and friendly residential neighbourhood, free from traffic chaos but it’s at a 5-6 mins walkable distance from the main road. This area is serviceable by app like Uber, Ola, Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, JioMart etc... Guest access Guest can access and use terrace, parking space... Washing machine is allowed to use only after 3 days of stay. Usage of washing machine is not allowed for stay lower than 3 days... Other things to note A humble request to guests - We don't use outside footwears inside the house, so would request and love if guest leaves the outside footwears at ground floor at designated place... No smoking and No drinking inside house please... ABOUT THE GUEST 1> IDs - Required by all guests during check-in (Passport, Driving license, Aadhaar, voter ID) 2> Visitors – NOT allowed inside room 3> Pets – Currently pets are not allowed. ABOUT THE BOOKING 1> Early Check-in – We can provide you early Check-in only if in case house is vacant.
