Close to Canyon Lodge, Steps to the bus & trolley

Fantastic location, high ceilings and lots of space! Our condo is 1540 sq ft with 2 large bedrooms, a den with a queen bed, a loft with queen bed, and 3 bathrooms - perfect for large gatherings. There are also 2 twin sleeping pads (Bring your own bedding). We are a short walk to Canyon Lodge and steps to the bus/trolley stop. Enjoy a wood fireplace, lots of natural light, and mountain panoramic views. Condo features Wifi/Cable TV/DVD player. Complex has 6 spas, seasonal pool & sauna. Guest access The owner maintains a locked closet and a a couple of locked cabinets for personal storage. The renter will have access to the rest of the unit. Other things to note The condo is located on the top (3rd) floor, with stairs. (there is not an elevator). Noise (non recording decibel only) and Smoking monitor installed in the unit. Security/Video cameras may be in use in the common hallway, stairwells and garage area. Renter agrees to abide by the Town of Mammoth Lakes Quality of Life Ordinance and the Mountainback Condo Association Rules and Regulations which are provided 3 ring binder located in the unit. Signed rental agreement with Covid-19 Release of Liability, Waiver and assumption of risk required prior to booking. Due to owner allergies pets are not allowed.
