Hi visitor ... this semi private, finished lower level is perfect for the budget minded traveler. My neat and tidy lower level is all yours while you are here. You will share a full bathroom upstairs w/my other guest. And have access to most of the house too :-) Check in between 4pm - 6pm ... but I'm flexible. Check out is by 10am You are welcome to use all the amenities my house offers .. living room w/tv, kitchen, full bathroom off the hallway upstairs, deck off the kitchen to sit out, and parking on the street. I'm always reachable by cell. Call or text my cell or contact me through the Airbnb app. I live in a nice quiet neighborhood. It's well kept and safe … mostly families w/kids I keep my place neat and tidy. I ask that you do the same during your stay :-)
