Single-story house 100 m from the beaches

Nature lover? This house is the perfect place to stay in Mont-Saint-Michel Bay. Located 100 m from the coastal path, you will have access to the salt meadows to discover the magnificent panoramas offered by the Roche Torin site on the wonder or to observe the tidal bore during high tides. You can also take your bikes to get to the Mont by taking the greenway. The space Linens and towels are included in the rental cleaning fee. The stone house, probably a former saltworks, is on one level. It consists of: - an entrance (closets and refrigerator), - a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet and washing machine). Two towels are provided per person (size 50 x 100). - a cozy living room with pellet stove, armchairs and leather sofa. Conviviality awaits you with the kitchen area open to the living and dining room. You'll love having breakfast in front of the bay window watching the sun rise and the neighbor's sheep graze. - The sleeping area separated by a thick stone wall will ensure restful nights thanks to the new Breton-made bedding (Valentin bedding). Linens are provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival. Two bedrooms are at your disposal: one 18 m² with a 160*200 cm bed and its dressing room. The other is 11 m² with two 90*200 cm beds that can be brought together to make a single 180*200 cm bed. (Configuration to be specified when booking) A south-facing terrace extends the living room in summer. An outdoor dining table and a deckchair are at your disposal. Laundry, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid and a clean reusable sponge are provided. 1 roll of toilet paper is also provided. Guest access The 500 m² garden is enclosed and entirely for your own use. A parking space is reserved for you. Other things to note Baby equipment is available: foldable high chair, changing table with integrated bathtub. Playpen and baby cot on request (free). Wi-Fi is included.
