TWILIGHT RIDGE is our newest 2 story premium home with 4 BRs, 3 BAs and exciting resort amenities. The home's backyard is large and secluded with a grassy area for recreational activities. The resort amenities include a pool with optional heat and fun slide, in-ground hot tub, built-in propane grill, large covered patio, gas fire pit and magnificent city and mountain views. A new putting green has been added for practice swings. The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. The space The great room features furnishings arranged to view the large smart TV. The fireplace is for decoration only. Guests can enjoy enticing views of and access to the backyard oasis from the great room. Our well-appointed home also has a ground floor game room with shuffleboard for indoor fun and friendly competition. Wifi is complimentary. The fully stocked and modern kitchen has a breakfast nook with table seating and window views of the backyard paradise. An island provides additional seating and offers the space you need to prepare and serve a feast. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. Highchairs are available to rent. A completely stocked laundry room will help you keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. Detergent is supplied. The garage has space for 3 vehicles and your clubs or other recreational gear. ALL bedrooms have smart TVs for streaming and ceiling fans. The bedroom floor plan is split. Three bedrooms, including the primary suite and two bathrooms, are upstairs. The upstairs primary suite features a king bed, TV, a walk-in closet and en suite bath. There is also a private balcony with engaging city and mountain views. The remodeled primary bath includes a divine garden tub, dual vanity sinks and a beautiful walk-in shower. There is an alcove off the primary suite with storage space and a bunk bed that has a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. This may be ideal for guests with small children. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are upstairs. Bedroom 2 has a king bed; Bedroom 3 has 2 full beds. These bedrooms share Bathroom 2 with a walk-in shower. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. A hair dryer and soap are supplied. The 4th bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a king bed and smart TV for streaming. Bathroom 3 has a tub-shower combo and is shared by Bedroom 4 and visitors. Behind the home is a wildlife corridor where guests may observe wildlife passing through the desert habitat. Bring your binoculars, field guides and cameras! Community amenities include heated and unheated pools, basketball and volleyball courts, parks, baseball and soccer fields, hiking and biking trails and a spa (by appointment). The area is a GOLFER'S PARADISE: there are 8 courses within 10 miles including the Las Sendas Golf Course, one of the top ten places to play in the USA. Other things to note The minimum age to rent is 28 years. We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation. The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement’s guest list. The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements. Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 8 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of eight (8). Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals. Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only. To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations. For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits. AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit. All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced. The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum. Spa heating only with no pool heating is $30.00 per night, October 1 through April 30. There is a 4 night minimum. Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
