Modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with sea views in the peaceful, centrally located, and family-friendly Grote Berg neighborhood. The space Centrally located 3-bedroom, 2-bath home accommodating up to 7 guests. This fully equipped retreat has everything you need for a memorable vacation, including a private pool, ocean views and a modern kitchen to prepare island-inspired meals. Just a 10-15 minute walk away at The Oasis shopping plaza you'll find a wine shop, bakery, rooftop poolside bar and grill, spa, and several other restaurants offering authentic Curaçaoan flavors.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Guest access Guest will have access to the entire property and pool with the exception of the locked closets and cabinets in the laundry room, kitchen, master bedroom and back porch. Should a guest enter any of these spaces an additional fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation may occur. Other things to note Water and electricity is included in the nightly rate for usage up to $30 per day, which is more than enough throughout your stay with responsible use of water, electricity, and air conditioners. Meters will be read at arrival and departure. Any overage will be the guest’s responsibility. A payment request will be sent to the guest via Airbnb. Please note that while not common at all, power outages do occasionally occur on the entire island. This is beyond our control and is not a permitted reason for a refund or the inconvenience. Should a late checkout occur without prior host approval, the guest will be charged $150 dollars. Early check ins are not permitted without prior host approval. The swimming pool is 4-5 ft deep. There is no lifeguard on duty and diving and jumping is not permitted. Guests using the pool do so at their own risk and the hosts/property/manger/owner are not liable for any injuries. There is a washer and dryer available for guest use at no additional charge. By using, guests do so at their own risk and cannot hold the owner/host/property manager liable for any damages or injuries. Should the washer and/or dryer be damaged, (clothes washed with sand, coral, rocks, overloaded causing damage etc) the guest will be charged an additional fee for the total cost of repairs and/or replacement if a repair is not possible. This is not cause for a refund. If the washer and/or dryer is in non working order at no fault of the guest, the owner/host/property manager will make all attempts to repair or replace. This is not cause for a refund. As with most Caribbean islands we do have iguanas. While they do not approach people and are generally not harmful, guests that approach do so at their own risk and the host/owner/property manager is not responsible for injuries or damages. This is not cause for a refund. Please do not feed the iguanas. By booking, guests are acknowledging that they have read these notes as well as the house rules and agree to abide by them. Should a guest violate any house rules or information in these notes, additional fees and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation may/will occur at the hosts discretion.
