The space Villa Royale, is distributed over three floors. Either entering from the side of the parking lot or through its main entrance, we arrive at the entrance of this beautiful villa. To the left the elevator; in front the stairs that go down to the living room and to the right the corridor to the four bedrooms. The main one, with its beautiful window, lets us see its balcony with a couple of sun loungers to enjoy from there the magnitude of its views, of the sea and the mountains. A king-size bed and a dresser complete this beautiful bedroom without forgetting its matching designer bathtub in that beautiful bathroom with two sinks on each side. In its other two adjoining bedrooms, also en suite, they share a large terrace with sofas facing south, like the rest of the villa. Which leaves a spectacular view of the sea, the pool and a little further a small orchard of fruit trees typical of the villa. The last room on this floor, also en suite, has a large window and, like all the windows in the villa, its curtains and awnings can be operated with small and discreet remote controls located in each room. Once down, by means of the elevator or its stairs, we find a fully glazed living room facing the pool and plenty of space to enjoy it. Your beautiful state-of-the-art television rests above a beautifully designed gas fireplace. In this wall and in a very discreet way is the access door to the main bedroom.
