On the main level we have 3 bedrooms, the primary kitchen & living room, a separate sitting area with just amazing views plus the game room! On the lower level you'll find two additional rooms with beds including one with it's own private kitchen, office for those unfortunate calls or meetings you may need to attend, theatre room and kids game room with Nintendo Switch - bring your own games or enjoy the couple we provide! The propane-based fireplace is fully operational and provides heat during the cooler/cold winter season and if needed, we have a couple of space heaters available. - This home has a private well and a 4 bedroom septic system with 5 rooms with beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. - This property has exterior cameras mounted for protection of the property during periods of vacancy. - Tenant reserving the property must be at least 25 years of age, verification required due to insurance requirements.
