Our cozy, back overflow bedroom has a full size bed for 2 extra people $49/person/night for extra folks....... over 6 (7-8 people). All brand new bedroom sets with hotel quality mattresses.... Our Lee House is only 1/2 mile to Cattleman's Steak House, and the north side of the Stockyards! Washer and dryer on site. Flexible check in, check out....when possible Guest access NOTES: Although the half-mile is walkable, you will likely want to Uber, since mostly all Stockyards parking charges $15 . A $6 or $7 Uber ride will get you there in no time...! Note: As I do with all my AirBnb's, I have personally stayed at this property 6 or 7 times, before listing it, and have walked back and forth to the stockyards several of those times....during the daytime, early evening, and late night coming back. I have walked by myself and with others. In my experience, I can tell you that its a safe walk, down a family neighborhood street with lights (28th Ave can be busy to cross, and N Main is always busy, as you walk along it, into the Stockyards) 2nd Note: If this property doesn't work for you, check out our Stockyards Cowboy Cabin...Sleeps 4 +2.....in back of our Cowboy Cottage (sleeps 6 + 3 extra)......or our Gable House (sleeps 6 plus 2 in our cozy attic bedroom, or our Stockyards Ranch House........Sleeps 6, and can accommodate up to 8 (queen sofa bed), with an extra half bath, 2-car garage, private fenced yard and 2050 sf. All within a short walk to the Stockyards..... Other things to note There are 2 Ring doorbell/cameras. Front door and at the back, driveway door No cameras are inside the house Another Note: A main feature and attraction of this home is the close proximity to the Stockyards, and all the local attractions people come to see. Yet the home is located in a quiet, working-class residential neighborhood. As such......full disclosure here...there will be some local traffic noise by the house during rush hours, as residents travel to work in the morning, and back home late afternoon/early evening. Also, sometimes during "social hours" and weekends So please be fair.... and not ding us for this in your review, as we are being fully transparent regarding this, in several locations of this listing. Also please remember that you’re staying in a house, and not an on-site, fully staffed hotel. Thus, If any problems/issues arise, contact us and we will do our best to take action ASAP. Finally, there is parking for 2 vehicles within the fenced property. In the driveway, and off to the left in the graveled area. There is also safe curbside parking if needed. Thanks!
