We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Villarembert, this charming apartment with ski resort accessible on foot, with swimming pool within the residence, of a surface of 29 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 16 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. Wifi, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 16 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with bathtub. - Separate toilet. Outside : - Heated outdoor pool, accessible from December 18 to April 15, and from July 2 to August 27. Outside these dates, the pool is closed. (opening dates non-contractual and subject to change). - A private balcony of about 3.7 m², facing North-West, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the resort. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - Free Wifi available. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Ski room in the residence. - Elevator to reach the ski room and the swimming pool - All children's swimming is under the full responsibility of their parents. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
