Open plan modern kitchen with gas cook top, under bench electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining, living area with reverse cycle air-conditoner, TV/DVD, portable cd player, radio. Games cupboard with puzzles,cricket set etc. TV/DVD combo in main bedroom and 3rd bedroom, day/night blinds in main bedroom. Bathroom with shower, vanity, heated towel rail, w/c, laundry with twin tub, dryer, 2nd w/c, retractable clothesline. Large sliding door in living area opens to the deck with gas grill and flat plat BBQ and outdoor setting where you can sit, relax and enjoy a drink overlooking the beautiful beach and water or take the steps down to the beach for a walk. Outdoor blinds on deck. Off street parking for a car and boat, there is also a mooring out front for guests use. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 2 x single, bed 3 - queen. Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. A beautiful white sandy beach awaits you at Sultana Point which is located just around the corner from Edithburgh. It's a small quiet beachside settlement with all of Edithburghs amenities a stones throw away.
