Our house is a Victorian terrace with modern extension, the perfect mix of old-world charm and modern day living. The interior is newly renovated and the home is filled with all the mod cons you could ever need. Even little ones are catered for! We invite you to stay, relax and recharge in our much loved family home. We are right on the city fringe, so close to the city, Darling Harbour, Chinatown, local shops and cafes, Broadway shopping centre, Sydney Uni and UTS. The space DOWNSTAIRS The centrepiece (and our favourite part!) of the house is our newly renovated living/dining/kitchen area. It is spacious and open plan, perfect for spending time with loved ones. This area opens out to the back yard, with entertainment area, BBQ, lawn, a fully-fenced heated pool and outdoor shower. There is also a second living area in the front of the house. It is equipped with sofa, TV, Nintendo Switch and a baby grand piano. There is also an electric fireplace to keep you cosy and warm on cold nights. There is a bathroom with toilet and sink on this level. UPSTAIRS All four bedrooms are located upstairs, ensuring quiet and privacy away from the rest of the house. All bedrooms have blockout curtains/blinds and reverse cycle aircon/heating. Bedroom 1 - Oversized master bedroom with king-sized Westin Heavenly Bed and TV. Ensuite with bathtub and separate shower. Bedroom 2 - Large room with double bed and TV. Bedroom 3 - Bunk room with two single beds, and an additional pull-out trundle bed with single mattress. This room has an ensuite. Bedroom 4 - Room with double bed. Also has a work desk including printer. There is an additional bathroom on this level. House inclusions: - Luxury kitchen with Miele appliances, automatic Jura coffee machine, Billie tap with instant boiling/chilled water, all the utensils and small appliances you may need! - Dining table that sits up to 8, with additional seating at the kitchen island - Reverse cycle aircon/heating in living area and all bedrooms - Sonos sound system with speakers in most rooms - TVs throughout the house, Nintendo switch - BBQ - Extendable outdoor table for up to 10 people - Heated pool with a range of pool toys provided - Piano - Kids toys galore! - Secure garage for 1 car - Linen, towels, pool towels all provided Guest access Our whole house is open to you.
