The space 360° view everywhere, Absolute privacy, Newly renovated, Viticulture experience, Scenique Corniche road, Major Swiss/France ski stations in one hour and Outdoor sports accessibility: The newly renovated villa is located high above the Corniche road, next to the popular "Le Deck", and one of the best areas in the Lake Geneva, which has become a popular place for tourists and locals. Sustainable, green, luxury villa ensures Swiss quality standards, solar panels, triple glazed windows, heat pumps etc. APT/room offers great comfort and a peaceful stay next to the main house which is kept in an elegant, and modern mediterranean style. The rooms feature a terrace with big windows all around, facing the lake and vineyard and lavender field garden. The indoor-outdoor living APT is very well equipped with new appliances and includes all the basic necessities you need for comfortable living. The main house has access to its own vineyard, which produces one of the best wines of the region. Whole house is immersed in nature yet very close to the small town of Chexbres. You can enjoy a moment of serenity at various spots all around the APT, followed by a tasting of local wines. Guest access The Apartment has its own terrace with table and swing. Free parking in this area is very limited in the Lavaux. Fortunately, our property provides access to a free parking area. However, since it's on a dead-end street, others may need to turn around. Please park in a way that allows space for vehicles to turn around easily. Other things to note Other things to note: The flat is on the first floor Apt of our house. It is completely independent, with a small terrace We live most of house except this APT and upstairs APT! According the the new short-term rental regulation in the Vaud District, you will be asked to give me a form with your name, first name, address and passport nr. The Chexbres train station is a 15-minute walk from the apartment, which can be challenging with heavy luggage. For arrival and departure, it's recommended to use an Uber from Vevey Gare.
