It is composed of a nice living room of about 40 m², a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 552 m². The space On the ground floor : - A central tiled hall of 15 m² (tiles from the 1900s). - A 40 m² living room, oak parquet floor with TV, sofa, decorative fireplace and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen (Poggenpohl) with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine... - Separate WC with washbasin. - An oak staircase with superb beech spindle banister and stained glass windows on the first landing.
