Black Mtn home, minutes to downtown, fenced yard

We are offering *Special* rates. This home is in a great location. You are just a few minute drive to downtown Black Mountain and food and shopping options. You are just a 5 minute drive to Montreal College and Conference Center and 20+ amazing trails for hiking. Asheville is just 10 minutes away. No storm damage. The space This home was built in 1950. We have brought it back to life with fresh paint on the ceilings and walls. The wood floors have been sanded. The bathroom and kitchen have been redone. There are new mattresses in the 3 bedrooms a king, queen and full. All rooms have been updated with new shades and curtains. Our home sits on more than 1/2 acre lot with plenty of space. The backyard is fenced and there is a fire pit. We have a large front porch with an old timey glider and rockers. We are at the end of a cul de sac paved street. We will allow 1 dog, less than 50 lbs, or 2 small dogs. No cats. There is a $50 pet fee for stays less than 1 week. Please let us know that you are bringing a dog and select 1 dog for billing purposes. Please use poop bags to pickup outside. We do have a brand new microwave, stove, and Keurig coffee maker with a number of different coffees. Going to a show at Silverados?..stay at least 2 nights and get $60 back. Guest access You will have the entire house. There is a music room small building out back, that you will not have access to. It is not occupied. Other things to note Bedding and towels are provided. Netflix and Amazon Prime are available.
