The fully stocked commercial kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the necessary appliances, invites you to unleash your culinary skills and savor delicious meals. You can even throw some drinks in the coolers we provide, and plan a whole day of fishing from the many convenient areas on the property including the dock, boat ramp, and anywhere on the shoreline. Indulge in the property's abundant amenities, from the resort game room with a pool table, foosball, arcade games, skee ball, and ping pong, to the brand new outdoor kitchen with a large propane grill, sink, refrigerator, and plenty of counter space! The water comes right out of the mountains and dumps right at our feet. Great fishing as well in season. We are actually in one of the best areas to fish, right near Little River and Spring Creek! Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports. Not the entire house and you do have separate private entrance. Other things to note **The home is broken up into a couple units so you may hear people walking or hear voices in some areas. The 150 year old floors squeak in places too. That adds to the charm and excitement of staying in an old home but it is not for everyone. Just want you to know before you book. :-) You are not renting the entire house; this unit is the entire main floor and an en suite bedroom upstairs. The upstairs foyer has two other doors that are locked from both sides for privacy. You can hear voices in the hall if people are talking but the bedrooms seem to have more privacy inside. Nothing is sound proof in this house so it is kinda like a B&B without the breakfast. **Traveling in a group? On same property we have a 4 bedroom that sleeps 15, a studio apartment that sleeps 6 and a 2 bedroom inside the same house that sleeps 6. It can also be combined with any of the listings in the link below.
